Common questions
How soon can I be seen?
Most new patients are seen within the week, and often sooner, depending on the clinic and your physician's schedule. After the quick form, we'll call you to find a day and time that works for you.
Do you take my insurance?
At both clinics we accept Medicare, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna. If you have a different plan, you are welcome as a self-pay patient. Our team explains how self-pay works when we call.
Do I need a referral?
Most patients don't. Some HMO plans require one, so call us and we'll confirm exactly what your plan needs.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Your photo ID, insurance card, a full list of your current medications, and any imaging or records you have (MRI, X-ray, CT). Don't worry if you're missing something. We'll help you gather it.
What if I don't have insurance?

Both clinics see patients Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Tell us which is easier for you on the call and we'll book you there. Boynton Beach covers Palm Beach County, Davie covers Broward.
